EPUB Converter is designed with privacy as a core principle. All file conversion happens locally in your browser. Your documents are never uploaded to our servers or any third party.

We do not collect, store, transmit, or process any files you convert. All conversion happens entirely on your device using client-side JavaScript.
We do not collect the content of your documents, filenames, metadata, or conversion results.
We do not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or profiling purposes.

We may collect anonymized, aggregated analytics data through Vercel Analytics, including: page views, approximate geographic region (country-level), browser type, device type, and referral source.
We may collect basic server access logs (IP address, request timestamp, requested URL) as part of standard web hosting through Vercel. These logs are retained for a limited period and used solely for security monitoring.
We may use essential cookies strictly necessary for the website to function (such as locale preference). No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Analytics data is used solely to understand general usage patterns, identify technical issues, and improve the service.
We do not sell, rent, or share any collected data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Vercel (hosting): Our website is hosted on Vercel’s platform. Vercel may process server logs and analytics data according to their own privacy policy.
No other third-party services have access to any user data from EPUB Converter.

Since we do not collect your files or conversion data, there is nothing to retain or delete in that regard.
Server access logs are automatically retained and purged according to Vercel’s standard retention policies (typically 30 days or less).

You have the right to request information about any data associated with your use of the service.
If you are a resident of the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right of access, rectification, erasure, and data portability.

EPUB Converter does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child’s data has been inadvertently collected, please contact us for prompt removal.
